Shipping Options

Shipping Zones

  • Currently, Aitaren Upategia only ships to the Iberian Peninsula (excluding the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, and Andorra).

Delivery Times

  • The average delivery time is 2 to 3 business days from the moment we receive your order. During periods such as Christmas, these times may vary, but we will always inform you in advance.

Shipping Costs

For orders within Spain, shipping costs are:

  • €4.50 if the purchase is under €75.
  • €8 if the purchase is between €75 and €150.
  • €15 if the purchase is over €150.

Returns

Our Replacement and Exchange Policy

You can request an exchange or replacement of a product by contacting us at info@aitaren.com. Both the product you are returning and the replacement must meet certain requirements.

Which Products Can I Return?

You may return most new, unopened products within 15 days of delivery, provided they have been kept under the conditions required for the type of product purchased, to receive a full refund or a product replacement. Please contact us for specific information at mardu@mardu.es.

When Will I Receive the Refund?

The return and refund process may take between 2 and 3 weeks.

On aitaren.com, you can use the following credit and debit cards as payment methods: Visa, Visa Electron 4B, Euro6000, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro International, as well as bank transfer.

You will need to enter your card details during the order confirmation process. Your card details are protected at all times thanks to our secure server.
