ORIGIN

Getariako Txakolina Designation of Origin, estate-owned vineyards aged between 15 and 20 years, trained on trellises with southeast and north orientation, clay, marl, and limestone soils, and sustainable viticulture with 80% of the work carried out by hand.

WINEMAKING AND AGING

Hand harvesting in 10 kg boxes, cluster selection at the winery, and gentle gravity pressing. Alcoholic fermentation at 12 °C for one month, combining a 5,000 L oak vat and stainless steel tanks. Partial aging in the wooden vat and partial aging in stainless steel, preserving the freshness and aromas of the grape.

STORAGE CONDITIONS

Store in a cool, dark place, horizontally, at 12–16 °C.

SERVING AND CONSUMPTION

Consume young and serve chilled in a glass, between 6–10 °C.
