Near Zumaia, in the heart of Gipuzkoa and 1.5 km from the sea, our family vineyard grows in a unique microclimate. The proximity to the sea and the salinity of the soil give our wines a unique character.
Every September, when the grape has reached its perfect point of ripeness, we begin the harvest following traditional methods. Bunch by bunch, our hands travel through the vineyards, carefully selecting the grapes that will bring the essence of Aitaren txakoli to the winery.
